Our services

Curiosidy Consulting provides vendor-neutral telecom and internet consulting for professional offices. Our services include:

  • Free clarity calls to evaluate your current phone system, internet, and communication workflows
  • Vendor-neutral recommendations from a network of 200+ telecom and internet providers
  • Implementation support for phone system transitions, number porting, and go-live coordination

We are an independent consulting and advisory firm. We are not a phone company, internet service provider, or reseller. We facilitate connections between your business and the providers that fit your needs.

The clarity call

The clarity call is free. There is no obligation to purchase anything as a result of the call. Our recommendations are based on your stated needs and our honest assessment of available options.

How we get paid

If you choose to move forward with a provider we recommend, that provider pays us a referral commission. This commission does not affect the price you pay. You never pay Curiosidy Consulting directly for consulting services.

No guarantees

While we provide recommendations based on our experience and knowledge of available providers, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific performance outcomes from any provider or system
  • Uptime, call quality, or internet speed (these depend on the provider and your infrastructure)
  • Savings compared to your current system (though we provide honest comparisons)

We recommend in good faith based on the information you provide and the options available at the time.

Your responsibilities

When you work with us, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your current systems, needs, and budget
  • Making your own final decision about which provider or system to use
  • Reviewing contracts and terms directly with any provider before signing
  • Ensuring your office infrastructure (network, wiring, internet) meets the requirements of any new system

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Curiosidy Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Curiosidy Consulting is not liable for:

  • Service issues, outages, or performance problems caused by third-party providers
  • Business losses resulting from decisions made based on our recommendations
  • Technical issues with your existing systems before or during a transition

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us directly (which, for consulting services, is zero).
